Here at bouncy castles Surrey, we have lots of experience in hiring out castles and soft play, We are known for our castles and soft play being beautifully clean, many unique, updated, safety tested, well looked after we have many bespoke products and always buying new things and taking risks in products not seen before! Everything is checked regularly and we have new products arriving all the time.

We owned and researched bouncy castles for over a year before we started hiring them out, asking lots of questions, meeting with manufactures, and have to say we have come along way since then. With working all hours in security, and having a young family it seemed to be the ideal business for us to get into finding we were very interested after hiring castles ourselves for our little ones and never actually feeling happy about the product and wanting to provide a service we would expect ourselves. Seeing how much our youngest two loved them, we began to expand, and now have loads to offer. We spend most free time researching still to this day and looking for new ideas to keep us moving forward. We have loads of plans for the next year which is an exciting time for us. We buy from only UK manufactures who are top end in the market making sure all products we supply are of excellent safe quality whilst looking eye catching ready to complete any party and occasion. We will not expect you to take hires in rain etc as safety is much more important than earning money. Although we do use weather proof cables so should luck have it and it begins to rain, you are still in safest hands. Please do note if wind speed/gust is estimated to be over 24mph we will refuse to hire on that day for safety reasons.

We especially love to buy inflatables that no one else has yet, or so unique you will never find 2 exactly the same. This we are known across Facebook for. Our boogie bounce house is our latest example, it's a spin off from the disco dome, but holds more children due to its shape, it has a unique lighting system which is also controlled via an app. Extra long in length keeping the light out leaving more effects from lights even during the sunniest day.

Most of our free time is spent preparing paper work, taking bookings, cleaning our equipment, researching different ranges of equipment always looking for the next choice of inflatable that we think our customers would like, keeping our ideas fresh. We love lots of input and listen carefully to feed back given by our customers, we find Facebook helps keep us in touch on a more personal level, we have done many stay and play groups too so that customers could meet us and get to see our products close up. This has helped us build a large loyal customer base in the local area. Many of our customers have used us every year since we first started.

We have one of the largest ranges of soft play available locally for a mobile hirer giving you so much to choose from with near on one hundred shapes and toys. We have ready made packages, but you can design a package yourself. We are always looking on ways we can improve on what we offer and services. We have many different themes available based on neutral to popular.,

We are often told by our customers how they love that we will go above and beyond to help. We supply equipment for birthday parties, family BBQs, school fates, weddings, events, christenings etc. We also have contacts for discos, face painters and party decorating with companies we have worked alongside on many occasions and can fully recommend.

We also have a small selection of mascots, our Easter bunny and Santa. We use these for Easter door knocks and Christmas door knocks which have proved popular with our customers for the last 3 years.

Some of the local events we have been part of are running 4 women and Windsor half marathon where we have been three years running working alongside Angel Faces UK.

We are currently looking at ideas for children with special needs particularly ASD, having 2 children diagnosed we know the difficulties parents may face in day to day life. We are hoping to get a more wide range of sensory equipment. Currently our disco castles are great with the music off or turned down which our customers can control themselves. Our large soft play and ball pit range is also a very popular choice with little ones.
