We are a bouncy castle hire company based in Surrey, we are reliable, friendly, family run bouncy castle and soft play company based in the heart of Walton on Thames, Surrey. We have been providing hires of soft play and castles 10+ years. We pride ourselves on customer service, safety, value for money and like to be a little different to the rest investing in only high quality products and sourcing different ideas to others creating lots of choice for bouncy castles and other inflatables and soft play hire. We deliver to many areas local to Walton on Thames but also in and around the surrounding areas in Surrey and Middlesex. We hire out bouncy castles, inflatable slides, slide combos, Boogie Bounce House (disco in a castle or disco dome), D disco dome with something for every age group, even teens will be impressed! Our large selection of castles, Soft play is also a hit for those under 5's.
Many of our inflatables and soft play are bespoke and beautifully designed to our specifications. We have a large choice in themes and cater for all. We take great pride in our products and customer service so whether your looking for the perfect castle for a pirate themed party, jungle themed, unicorn or princess themed party then you have come to the right place!
Wondering how you can book with us?
There are many ways to book a bouncy castle with us, by simply filling out our online booking form which you will find by clicking the button "details & bookings" at the bottom of the product you are interested in (here you can also check availability) this is the quickest and easiest way, or you can book by text, phone, email, an enquiry form (contact us Page) or even Facebook!(But may take longer for a response especially during busy periods)
Most of our products don't require a deposit, you can just pay cash on delivery, but you can choose to make payment in full before via BACS payments, If you would like to do this before the hire then please do when filling out the booking form online select the “I’d like to pay by BACS” option when booking or send us an email and we will send you the BACS details via email. We usually deliver between 7am and 12pm for all day hires, when booking you do provide a time which is to have delivery by...we will always aim to have your hire with you before this time, we will then be in touch when planning our route the evening before your hire to discuss a delivery time with you. You often get longer than the suggested 8 hours hire especially on a busy day. We have free collection Up to 7:45pm, if you add your collection time we won't come before the time selected! We do often (especially on busy days in high season) run into the late night, but if you wish to have a guaranteed late pick up after 8pm these are charged at £10 per hour, we do not charge these for evening hires between 6pm and 11pm. Likewise if you wish to be an earlier collection, just let our driver know on the day, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Having a family ourselves we understand most situations and try to help in every way we possibly can. We are always happy to answer as many questions as needed. Our customers come back time and time again due to our service, from the time of booking we are more than happy to go through anything with you. We will arrive to your hire with plenty of time to set up and our drivers are very friendly, polite and experienced In bouncy castle hire. We like to think of ourselves as one of the best bouncy castle hire companies in Surrey.
When booking online you have to agree to our hire agreement form and tick it’s been read and agreed, and you can find this on our terms and conditions page. We will run though the guidelines with you. Our castles are always cleaned and are well known for our very high standards. All our castles are safety tested, PIPA tagged and registered giving you peace of mind you are in safe hands. We hold pli insurance up to £5million which is perfect for schools and corporate events. All tests and insurance certificates can be provided if requested. If your venue requires PIPA that's no problem as all our inflatables are PIPA tested and tagged. We won't ever compromise safety. If your venue requires your hire to be manned for safety reasons then we can do this too, please do get in touch for a quote.
Our prices include free local delivery, set up and packing away of your inflatable and/or soft play and safety mats. Places out of our free local delivery area will have a delivery fee which can be seen on the booking form before placing your order, or this will be discussed at time of booking via other methods.
